Building our Theory of Change
We set up Fieldwork Community Interest Company in 2023. Since then, the CIC has evolved around a simple idea: creating meaningful connections between communities, land, food and nature.
Our developing Theory of Change helps shape and guide this work, supporting programmes that build wellbeing, confidence, learning, belonging and connection through real-world experiences rooted in place.
