Polly brings together practical farming experience and ecological expertise in a way that is rarely found within the sector. As well as managing the organic tenanted farm, she has led biodiversity and habitat restoration projects across working landscapes. Her experience includes advising government on agricultural policy, serving on industry boards and committees, and working within tenanted farming systems. Having operated in both farming and conservation settings, Polly understands the objectives, pressures and opportunities facing each. She specialises in helping farmers, landowners, conservation organisations and public bodies work together to deliver practical, evidence-based nature recovery outcomes.

FOUNDER / STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT LEAD

Graeme specialises in stakeholder engagement, public consultation and community partnership development. Alongside managing agricultural enterprises, he has built strong relationships across farming, education, community and public sectors. He played a key role in developing a successful Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) vegetable scheme and has led educational programmes with local schools. In previous roles, Graeme delivered major public consultations on complex and often controversial issues, including local library and hospital reconfiguration projects. His ability to engage diverse audiences, build trust and facilitate constructive dialogue helps ensure nature recovery initiatives are shaped by the people and communities most affected by them.

MARKETING DIRECTOR

As well as acting as marketing director, Phoebe is an artist, filmmaker and creative strategist whose work spans galleries, festivals, public spaces, stage and screen. Based in South Wales and working internationally, she specialises in storytelling, audience engagement and creating compelling narratives that connect people with complex ideas. Her background in community organising and collaborative creative practice informs her approach to communications, helping organisations communicate with clarity, authenticity and impact. Alongside her artistic practice, Phoebe works with performers, communities and cultural organisations to develop projects that inspire participation and meaningful engagement. She brings creativity, strategic thinking and a strong understanding of how to communicate environmental and social change.

KNOWLEDGE MOBILISATION, ECOLOGY & RESEARCH IMPACT ADVISOR

Josie works at the intersection of ecology, agricultural research and impact delivery, with a strong focus on improving how environmental knowledge is shared, applied and embedded in real-world farming systems.

She has a particular interest in how agricultural and environmental research is funded, communicated and translated into practice. Drawing on experience across health, social care and environmental sectors, she understands how more mature research fields, such as health, have embedded “knowledge mobilisation” approaches, ensuring end users are involved from the outset and that pathways to impact are clearly designed, funded and evaluated.

COASTAL ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST

Catrin works at the intersection of policy and nature recovery in Wales, helping communities understand and respond to evolving environmental policy. She focuses on practical approaches that support biodiversity and landscape outcomes.

She has experience in environmental management, research and stakeholder engagement, and is skilled at translating complex information into clear, usable guidance. A keen Welsh learner with an A Level in Welsh, she is passionate about rural communities and place-based knowledge. Catrin has also led biodiversity walks on farmland, exploring local plants, birds and fungi, helping people connect with the natural heritage of working landscapes..
