At Slade Farm, we love welcoming visitors to share what we do and why we do it. Our farm visits are all about celebrating nature-friendly farming, connecting with the community, and offering a deeper look at life on an organic working farm. Whether you're coming with a group, joining a public event, or arranging something more personal, we’d love to have you here.
Group Farm Visits
We offer farm visits all year round for groups of all sizes — from schools and community organisations to environmental and farming groups. Interested? Get in touch, and we’ll help plan an itinerary that suits your group’s interests and needs.
Farm Open Days
We are a working farm, so sorry, we are not open to the public all the time. However a couple of times a year we open the farm to everyone. Events include Local Lambing Live, Farm Walks, Open Farm Days & Bird Counts, to find out if any are happening soon it is always best to look at our instagram page.
Farm Wildlife surveys
We are always keen to have wildlife and plant surveys completed on the farm. If you are an expert or enthusiastic amature you are very welcome. Just email Polly or Graeme on info@sladefarmorganics.com to let us know what you would like to survey. We can then meet you on the farm to show you the best locations and leave you to it. We just ask for you to share any data you gain with us, so with can improve our farming practices in the future.
Regular Customers
If you're a monthly meat box customer or a veg customer, you’re part of our farm community — and we’d love to meet you in person. If you'd like to visit and see where your food comes from, just get in touch and we’ll arrange a time that suits.
